Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Consultant located in Chennai. The Visa Consultant will handle tasks related to providing consultancy services on immigration and visa processes, offering guidance and solutions to clients, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Responsibilities also include managing documentation, maintaining client records, and addressing inquiries professionally to facilitate client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Immigration Issues, Visas, and related documentation processes
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills, with the ability to advise and interact effectively with clients
- Strong knowledge of Immigration processes and regulatory requirements
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing client records and ensuring compliance
- Ability to work efficiently within an on-site team environment
- Experience in visa consulting or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
