Role Overview
- Handle end-to-end visa processing (documentation to submission)
- Guide clients on visa requirements and timelines
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and internal teams
- Track applications and keep clients updated
What we're looking for
- Experience in visa processing preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, client-facing)
- Good understanding of documentation and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with systems, emails, tracking tools)
- Ability to handle multiple cases with structure and ownership
