Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Panjim, requiring dedicated professionals for Visa Consultant, Air Ticketing Consultant, and Tour Consultant positions. Responsibilities include handling visa processes, advising on immigration-related matters, managing air ticket bookings, providing consultation for travel itineraries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Consultants will collaborate with both B2C and B2B clients to create customized, high-quality travel solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Visa processes and basic understanding of Immigration-related requirements
- Strong skills in Communication and Consulting, including the ability to guide clients effectively
- Knowledge and experience handling Immigration Issues
- Keen organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with international travel requirements, policies, and documentation procedures
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in the travel industry, particularly in visa processing and ticketing, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
