About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented Visa Consultant to guide clients through student visa and immigration processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, USA, UK, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, and Sweden. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and clients regarding visa requirements and application procedures
• Handle student visa applications for Canada, Australia, UK, USA & Europe
• Prepare and review visa documentation (SOP, financial documents, GTE, etc.)
• Guide clients on interview preparation (if applicable)
• Track application progress and update clients regularly
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal admission teams
• Ensure high visa success rate and compliance with immigration laws

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of student visa processes
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good understanding of documentation & financial verification
• Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Experience in overseas education consultancy
• Knowledge of SOP drafting
