Associate Technical Program Manager

As an Associate Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technical programs and projects supporting Visa's product and platform initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders, to drive the successful delivery of complex technical programs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, including scope definition, planning, coordination, and execution - Manage stakeholders, align on priorities, and drive accountability across diverse teams - Identify and resolve program risks and issues, escalating as needed - Define and implement effective program governance, reporting, and controls - Continuously improve program delivery processes and best practices - Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap for Visa's technology platforms
