Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Visa and Operations Head (Study Abroad). The role involves overseeing end-to-end operations related to student visa processes, managing and coordinating with team members, and ensuring all operations run smoothly. The Visa and Operations Head will develop and monitor operational strategies, review visa applications for accuracy, liaise with international education institutions, and uphold compliance with visa regulations. The selected candidate will also be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvements, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and proficiency in Budgeting
- Strong Analytical Skills for process management and decision-making
- Experience in Team Management, leadership, and fostering collaboration
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with global visa requirements and higher education systems
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the education consultancy sector or related industry is advantageous
