Job Description: We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-based individuals to join our client's team as a Remote Data Search & Entry Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in transforming inbound inquiries into qualified leads, ensuring data accuracy for the outreach team, and supporting various administrative processes in a fully remote setup. Responsibilities of the role: Review and filter inbound information from various sources (email, forms, inboxes). Validate and input the collected data into the internal CRM system. Create and update lead profiles based on verified criteria. Perform online research and verification tasks as needed. Support the team with administrative tasks and documentation. Collaborate closely with other agents and report findings. Work closely with other team members in a collaborative and efficient manner. Use data skip tracing platforms or various data search methods to locate contact information and other required information for each lead. Required Experience and Qualifications: Based in the Philippines or LATAM. Fluent English (C2/native-level), both written and spoken. Previous experience in data entry or lead qualification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Fast learner with excellent online research capabilities. Committed to integrity, accuracy, and service. Preferred Skills: Experience with remote collaboration. Familiarity with lead management processes. Comfort with learning new software tools quickly. Personality: Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Reliable and accountable for data accuracy. Proactive communicator and collaborative mindset.
