Role And Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions: Use Blue Prism software to automate business processes efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with business units: Understand and document process steps to ensure accurate automation.

Create and maintain documentation: Develop detailed project documentation and user guides.

Conduct testing and debugging: Ensure automated solutions are functioning correctly and resolve any issues.

Monitor and support automated processes: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.

Provide training and support: Assist end-users with understanding and using RPA tools and solutions.

Skills Required

Proficiency in Blue Prism: Strong understanding of Blue Prism software and its capabilities.

Experience with RPA technologies: Knowledge of other RPA platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere is beneficial.

Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Communication skills: Ability to articulate business processes and automated solution designs clearly.
