About the role

Oversee and track multiple work tracks of the project implementations. Ensuring consistency with O&T strategy. Work closely with the relevant parties (ORM Risk department, IT units, business units , implementation and testing partners )to ensure that projects requirements and scope are well defined and managed during the course of the project. Engage with the business units, regional offices and subsidiaries to ensure active participation in the projects and successful project delivery. Liase with internal IT Ensure timely delivery, manage change release activities, data migration, testing & cutover activities. Identify, discuss, document & communicate Risks during the project. Plan for the risk mitigation and track till closure. Escalate decisions & unresolved issues to the management. Establish and update plans with actuals and forecasts. Ensure milestones are tracked and met, including project timeline, budget, deliverables, quality. Plan for satisfactory transfer of Care, custody & Control of product upon project completion. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved Apply effective SDLC methodology and project management standards Monitor and produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its lifecycle Able to organize and manage multiple work tracks of the project. Self-motivated and accountable, demonstrate ability to follow through to execution. Knowledge on project management tools on MS Word, Power Point ,Excel
