Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Stager at Stagobox. The Virtual Stager transforms raw property photos into photorealistic, accurately scaled, and compliant staged visuals using digital design tools. Daily tasks include selecting appropriate furniture and decor styles, ensuring correct proportions and perspectives, and aligning visuals with client branding and listing requirements. The role involves reviewing client briefs, collaborating with internal teams for quality control, and delivering projects within defined timelines and workflows. The Virtual Stager also helps optimize visual assets for different listing platforms and contributes feedback to improve staging templates and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with digital design and 3D or virtual staging software (e.g., Photoshop or similar imaging tools).
- Demonstrated ability in interior layout, space planning, and visual composition for residential and/or commercial properties.
- Attention to detail in scale, proportion, lighting, and realism, with a focus on non-misleading visual representation.
- Experience working with visual workflows, following structured guidelines, and meeting deadlines in a production environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret client briefs and collaborate in a remote team.
- Comfort working with real estate listing concepts, property photography, and platform-specific visual requirements (experience in real estate or PropTech is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain consistent quality in a high-volume setting.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, interior design, architecture, visual arts, or comparable practical experience.
