We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for the insurance sector. The role involves handling customers virtually, explaining insurance products, generating sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships through calls and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via calls/video to explain insurance products
- Handle leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals & cross-sell
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide policy details and resolve customer queries
- Update CRM and maintain sales records
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years experience in Insurance / BFSI / Sales
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
