🔹 Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (Motor Insurance)
🔹 Experience: 1–3 Years in Motor Insurance / POSP / Advisor Sales
🔹 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
🔹 Location: Kolkata
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and manage POSP/Advisor partners for Motor Insurance products
• Drive Motor Insurance sales growth through partner engagement
• Handle partner and customer queries with timely resolution
• Coordinate with operations and underwriting teams for smooth policy issuance & renewals
• Support renewals, endorsements, and customer retention activities
• Conduct virtual training sessions and provide product knowledge support
• Manage inbound & outbound sales calls
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets
✅ Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in Motor Insurance sales (POSP/Advisor/Agency Channel)
• Knowledge of Car Insurance, Two-Wheeler Insurance, Commercial Vehicle Insurance, Renewals & Endorsements
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Target-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English & Hindi communication mandatory (local language preferred)
• Experience in renewals and cross-selling will be an added advantage
