Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Paralegal located in Bengaluru. The Virtual Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting detailed legal research, and reviewing case documents. Additional responsibilities include supporting attorneys with case management, monitoring deadlines, and providing effective communication regarding case updates. The Virtual Paralegal will play an integral role in ensuring efficient legal operations and case preparedness.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Research and Document Review
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal correspondence
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail and aptitude for maintaining organized case files
- A Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies is preferred
- Familiarity with personal injury law or similar domains is an added advantage
