Position: Virtual Dispatcher
📍 Location: Remote (India)
🌙 Shift: US Night Shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000/month
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Dispatcher to support Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). You'll coordinate daily delivery operations, monitor routes, assist drivers, and help ensure smooth last-mile logistics.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor delivery routes and dispatch operations
• Coordinate with drivers and DSP management
• Track deliveries and resolve operational issues
• Maintain dispatch reports and documentation
• Provide real-time operational support
Requirements
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working US night shifts (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST)
• Logistics or dispatch experience is a plus
