Role Description
OnSure Health LLC is seeking a Virtual Assistant with expertise in EMR and U.S. Healthcare to join their team. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing support in managing emergency medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, assisting in emergency services operations, and coordinating with healthcare teams. Additional responsibilities include managing daily workflows, providing administrative assistance, and supporting healthcare providers in documentation and related tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Services operations
- Experience and certification in U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and Paramedic services
- Understanding of Medicine and healthcare systems, particularly in the U.S.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of EMR systems and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools
