Akrostech is hiring a Cold Calling & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through cold calls, and generating qualified business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume cold calling to businesses in the United States
Generate qualified leads and book appointments
Build prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn, directories, and online databases
Maintain accurate records in CRM or spreadsheets
Send follow-up emails after calls when required
Meet daily outreach and lead generation targets
Required Skills
Excellent spoken English with neutral or international accent
Confidence in cold calling US clients
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Ability to research and find prospects online
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google search, and CRM tools
Preferred Experience
Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Experience selling recruitment services, outsourcing, or B2B services
Familiarity with US business culture and time zones
