Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Virtual Assistant, based in Ludhiana, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Virtual Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, client communication, research, and data management. Additional responsibilities include supporting business development initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and organizing promotional activities to ensure seamless operations and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills – Scheduling, Data Management, and Record Keeping
- Proficiency in Client Communication and Correspondence
- Research and Analytical Skills – Market Research and Business Development Support
- Basic understanding of Promotion Management and Portfolio Coordination
- Technological proficiency – Familiarity with productivity tools and remote work platforms
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
- Previous experience in administrative roles or business development is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
