About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
- Assist with document preparation and reports
- Conduct basic research and compile information
- Support customer communication (email/chat)
- Manage CRM tools and update databases
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with social media management
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing
- Exposure to project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
