The Frontend Software Engineer will work in the Care Delivery Squad, focusing on leveraging technology and data to reshape care delivery. This role involves designing and scaling a more efficient care model, improving member outcomes, and enhancing care team capacity. Responsibilities include spearheading the development of medium to large-scale initiatives using technologies like React, GraphQL, and TypeScript. The engineer will collaborate with a diverse team to innovate and launch new features for the care delivery platform. The role requires troubleshooting and resolving critical issues to ensure a seamless experience for members. The engineer will also elevate the engineering culture by promoting best practices and high-quality software development.
