Community & Influencer Program Manager

Vire was founded in 2021 as a spin-off from Lappeenranta University research and is headquartered in Finland. Vire is going to market in 2026 and is currently raising its Seed round. We're growing the team and looking for a Community & Influencer Program Manager to join us in working towards launching the Gen1 version of the Vire Clip! If you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoy taking ownership, shaping user experiences, and building products that are heading into commercial scale, this role is for you. How you'll contribute In this role you'll be building the relationship with our community and being in charge of the influencer experience. You'll own the end-to-end community and influencer program: design it, coordinate the assets and actions, govern it, and make it perform. From mapping priority communities (biohacking, women's health, longevity, fitness & sports) to building tiered ambassador/affiliate frameworks, enablement kits, and brand-safe guidelines—you'll run the machine and the moments. You'll source and onboard creators, co-create content and event concepts, manage samples and briefs, orchestrate pop-ups/workshops, and close the loop with clean attribution and lifecycle tie-ins in our CRM, Klaviyo. You're the owner for relationships, activations, measurement, and continuous improvement and will collaborate with the GTM and Content function for fuelling the programmatic engine. In this position you'll be attending events and meeting influencers across Europe.
