Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth lease-up and resident satisfaction.
· Lead and supervise on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
· Drive leasing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy goals; monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws.
· Maintain high standards for property presentation, including model units and common areas.
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
· Handle resident concerns and service requests with professionalism and urgency.
· Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality standards.
· Communicate effectively with Corporate Staff, Vendors and Property Investors.
· Working closely with warrantee department
· Punchlist
· Checking vacant units and fire risers regularly, adhering to the Vintage standard in place.
Physical Demands
· Must be able to work in fast paced office environment.
· Manage high phone volume.
· Walk property on a regular basis including stairs and hallways/ breezeways.
· Effective computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
· Experience in Multi-Family Home Management a plus
· Leasing Experience a plus
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
· Able to negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships
