Vintage Corporation is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Windsor. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment serving residential communities throughout Northern Colorado.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general property maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism when interacting with residents, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders efficiently
- Maintain property appearance and safety standards
- Respond to maintenance requests and occasional on-call needs
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with residents and team members

Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- On-call rotation required
Requirements
- Property maintenance experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 50 Ibs.
- Comfortable working outdoors when necessary
