Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines Work closely with product managers to define and refine product requirements and user stories Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across different platforms and devices Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate and iterate on design solutions Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
