Description
You will start your day from home to meet with homeowners to discuss options for new HVAC equipment. Leads come through Technician turn-overs and/or marketing leads. After a full analysis of the home including a heat load calculation, you will present new equipment and financing options. In this role, you will have the opportunity to set leads for the other trades (Plumbing, Electrical and Generators) and earn commissions on anything that closes. You can also earn up to $100 per 5 Star Google Review.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present a professional and knowledge expertise that positively reflects our company.
- Build rapport and trust with the homeowners.
- Assist homeowners with financing when needed.
- Work with team members to ensure project needs are met.
- Follow-up with any sold jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Experienced in residential HVAC sales
- Ability to perform a heat load calculation
- Proven track record selling residential HVAC equipment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to provide strong sales presentation of features and benefits that fit customer needs
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Valid Texas Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Service Titan experience a big plus!
