Villa Specialist (Function: Sales) – Stay Ukiyo

Role: Sales Executive
Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relationship Management
* Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
* Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas and experiences
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat bookings and referrals
* Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client interactions
Revenue & Business Growth
* Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
* Upsell experiences, services, and premium properties to maximize revenue
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments
* Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives
Market Research & Reporting
* Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends
* Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams
* Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in sales, hospitality, travel, or customer service is preferred
* Ability to build rapport and close sales effectively
* Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social platforms is a plus
* Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and customer experience
* Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
