Operations Assistant (full-time & remote)

We’re hiring a sharp and highly communicative Operations Assistant to support daily operations as we scale. This is a full-time, remote role where you’ll work directly with the founder and play a key part in keeping both our internal systems and external communication running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate hiring: Manage and filter applications, follow up with candidates
• Communicate with candidates on WhatsApp & email
• Follow up with prospects who’ve booked a sales call, helping us stay organised pre-call
• Follow up on old prospects that we've spoken to, but haven't closed
• Help with all sales communication and other admin tasks (IG DM, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Do research on candidates and clients, take notes, and keep track of important details
• Reach out to leads who’ve just submitted a form on our website to clarify needs and potentially book them on our calendar

Who you are

• Exceptionally strong in written and spoken English - this is non-negotiable
• Naturally organised and good at follow-ups
• Great at writing messages, emails, and basic documentation
• Experience with hiring and outreach is a big plus
• Able to work independently and communicate progress without being chased
