Description
- Set up and operate Doosan lathes
- Uses Fanuc controls with G&M code programming to make slight adjustments
- Reviews and interprets blueprints
- Transfers and prepares material for other departments and to ship to outside vendors
- Uses precise measuring instruments to verify dimensions
- Repair dies and cassettes using lathes, drills, milling, and other equipment as necessary
- General housekeeping of the department including sweeping, mopping, emptying containers and taking out trash
- Forklift experience a plus
**Pay is based on experience.**
Requirements
· Must pass the following tests upon direct hire:
o Lift 50 pounds
o 20/40 vision, corrective lenses allowed
o 9-panel drug screen, urine or saliva
· High school diploma
· Journeyman certificate (a plus)
· Must have 3-5+ years of machining experience
