We are looking for candidates who can excel in a Virtual (Work from Home) Environment and act as the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd party Sellers and Vendors. As a Seller Partner Support Associate, you will provide phone and/or email support to 3rd party sellers on the Amazon platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate operational support to 3rd party sellers on Amazon
  • Address chronic system issues and contribute to process improvements
  • Develop internal documentation and maintain a high standard of customer focus
  • Work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and work-like environment at the approved home location
