Roles And Responsibilities
- Generate business for the company and achieve sales targets.
- Clearly explain the products and services to clients to meet their needs and goals.
- Deliver sales pitches confidently and promptly.
- Generate references from existing clients to expand the customer base.
- Maintain data trackers and reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Coordinate with clients as required throughout the sales process.
- Take the initiative to proactively close sales opportunities.
- Generate client leads for property buying, selling, and renting.
- Manage and lead a sales team, providing training and coaching.
- Set individual sales targets and track sales figures and reporting.
- Flexibility to work any day of the week, including holidays.
