Emmadi Jewellers is currently hiring for the position of Data Entry Operator. As a Data Entry Operator, your responsibilities will include entering data into the computer, handling documentation and filing work, managing day-to-day office activities, and handling calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering, collating, and preparing documents and materials for data entry, conducting research to obtain information, creating digital documents, reviewing documents for accuracy, capturing data into databases, updating and maintaining databases, and generating reports and documents as needed. This is a full-time position with a 6-day working schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into the computer.
• Handle documentation and filing work.
• Manage day-to-day office activities.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Gather, collate, and prepare documents and materials for data entry.
• Conduct research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.
• Create digital documents from paper or dictation.
• Review all documents and information for accuracy and report any errors or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
• Capture data into digital databases and perform regular backups.
• Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems.
• Monitor and review databases, correcting errors or inconsistencies.
• Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing.
