Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls effectively, addressing customer inquiries and issues in line with Foundever's guidelines.
  • Meet call quality goals to ensure optimal client and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding Foundever's products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and enhance service quality.
  • Stay updated on Foundever’s services, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate complex queries to higher authorities or specialized departments when required.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
  • Achieve performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of 12th Pass required for the role at Foundever.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (or Hindi).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required by Foundever.
