Head - Finance and Accounts

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced finance professional to lead our Finance and Accounts department. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in core accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts. Oversee and ensure accurate and timely Income Tax Return filings, TDS compliance, and related direct tax matters. Manage GST filings and returns, including reconciliation and input tax credit management. Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Ensure all statutory compliances are met, including Companies Act and ROC matters. Monitor day-to-day accounting operations including ledger scrutiny, cash flow management, and internal financial controls. Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities as required. Lead a small team and provide guidance on accounting best practices and regulatory changes. Prepare financial reports for management and support decision-making with timely insights.
