Role Description
We are seeking a Vigilance Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Vigilance Officer will spearhead investigations into potential misconduct and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational policies. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating internal processes, identifying possible risks, conducting detailed investigations, preparing detailed reports, and coordinating with departments to implement corrective measures. The individual will also play a pivotal role in promoting adherence to ethical practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and investigation
- Proficiency in technical tools for monitoring and reporting
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai and commit to a full-time position
- Relevant experience in vigilance, compliance, or risk management is highly desirable
- Educational qualifications in law, business management, or related fields preferred
