Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, guests, and management. The role involves handling bookings, itineraries, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth, cost-effective travel experiences.

Salary Budget₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (based on experience and skill set)

Key Responsibilities- Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels)
- Coordinate local transportation including airport transfers, taxis, and rentals
- Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel vendors
- Ensure cost optimization and adherence to travel policies
- Assist with visa documentation and travel insurance
- Track travel expenses, invoices, and records
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
