Role Description The Vigilance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing compliance with safety, security, and operational standards across the dialysis center. This role involves monitoring daily activities in clinical and non-clinical areas to ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices. The Vigilance Officer investigates incidents, reviews reports, and conducts internal audits to identify risks, irregularities, or non-compliance, and recommends corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes coordinating with management and frontline staff, maintaining documentation, and supporting training initiatives related to vigilance, patient safety, and quality standards. The Vigilance Officer works closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and guest-first care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills for monitoring operations and identifying risks.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety protocols, and basic regulatory requirements relevant to clinical settings.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting incidents, documenting findings, and coordinating with teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple checks, audits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess integrity, ethical judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- Relevant experience in healthcare vigilance, quality assurance, security, or hospital administration is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, life sciences, nursing, criminology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment, and align with NephroPlus values of guest care and teamwork.
