Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indore. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, social media, and internal communications. Daily tasks include assembling clips, adding transitions, graphics, text overlays, and music, and ensuring brand consistency across all video materials. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements, refining storylines, and delivering videos within deadlines. The Video Editor will manage video files, maintain organized project archives, and optimize content for different platforms and formats.
Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation using tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar.
- Knowledge of audio editing, sound mixing, and adding voiceovers or background music.
- Understanding of color correction, grading, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to create platform-specific content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Good visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand guidelines in video content.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing and product teams on-site in Indore.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in video editing for product-based or manufacturing businesses is an advantage.
