Responsibilities:
● Creative Leadership & Team Management ○ Work with all stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outputs and fostering acollaborative, innovative culture.
○ Oversee the development of creative strategies, concepts, and presentations for both internal and client-facing initiatives.
○ Take ownership of creating targeted digital presentations for each industry segment we aim to reach. Raw data and insights will be provided by key stakeholders, including the CEO, department heads, and other relevant people in Eastvantage. The role requires the ability to transform this information into compelling and visually impactful presentations
○ He/she must be willing to work closely with a small, dynamic team, be a self-starter, and take initiative to create presentations independently, ensuring high-quality output.
○ Drive professional growth through quarterly performance evaluations, ensuring 100% completion.
● Proposal & Bid Management
○ Oversee the complete lifecycle of business proposals, from initial drafting to final submission, ensuring a strong emphasis on creativity, strategic alignment, and on-time delivery.
○ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on messaging, business solutions, and strategy.
○ Proactively engage with the sales and operations team to uncover client needs and develop tailored proposals.
○ Collaborate with research analysts (Data Monitoring, Business Insights) to conduct secondary research, providing market size estimates and in-depth industry analysis to create strategic presentations.
○ Ensure all pitches (sales decks) are creatively compelling and align with Eastvantage’s strategic goals.
● Campaign Strategy & Content Development
○ Develop and execute creative campaigns, leveraging data and insights to craft targeted, results-driven content.
○ Lead content creation efforts, including case studies, capability documents, website copy, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
○ Create persuasive copy in various styles, tailoring content to meet audience needs and business goals.
● Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
○ Streamline creative workflows and integrate AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
○ Develop comprehensive guides and best practices to improve team processes, ensuring 95% client approval rates with minimal revisions (max. 3
○ Ensure that all creative deliverables are error-free, meeting the highest standards of quality and client expectations.
○ Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to drive performance and ensure the achievement of key business objectives, including SLAs and KPIs.
● Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
○ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Research) and external clients to deliver integrated solutions and impactful presentations.
○ Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market insights to ensure our creative work is always aligned with client demands.
○ Play a key role in client pitches, confidently presenting all information and solutions in the best way that will drive business growth. Requirements
