The Senior Director - Client Partner plays a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs and market trends.
- Oversee the development and implementation of client account plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to drive retention and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client portfolio.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions and offerings to address client challenges.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, service level agreements, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and loyalty metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and insights to the executive team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Participate in the development of the overall business strategy and goals.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to showcase client successes.
- Lead negotiations on major client contracts and agreements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within client management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic client partnerships.
- Strong understanding of client servicing, account management, and business development practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and senior executives.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
