The Purpose of This Role:
Develops strong business relationships with business and functional leaders and helps solve business problems and aligns human resources strategies and solutions to produce business results.
Develop HR strategy in line with organization strategy.
Provides developmental coaching and feedback to leaders and people managers.
Identifies current and future talent development and learning requirements; partners with Learning and Development organizations to incorporate gaps into training programs.
Managing the performance review process, driving feedback culture, quality of appraisals and timely closure. Identifying and implementing improvements where necessary.
Partners with the other functional ( Eng, TA,etc) location leads and bring in success for the location
Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.
Supporting recruitment needs and Other HR programs

8-12 years of experience working in a HR org
Master’s Level education in Human Resources
