About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall planning and execution of customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain public relations with key stakeholders
  • Handling Performance Marketing activities which include funnel optimizations, Google Search Ads/SEM, Ad Networks, Affiliate Partnerships, Ad Fraud Management, etc.
  • Organic user-acquisition via ASO (across stores) and SEO
  • Brand Marketing activities which include Brand Building, Digital Media Optimization, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.
  • Shape content & creatives to build & implement performance & brand campaigns
  • Handling Partnerships & Strategic Alliances of API-led integrations across lending marketplaces.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry.
  • Hands-on experience of building new acquisition channels
  • 8-15 years of experience. Minimum 5 years in financial services. Fintech background is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Affinity for data, keenness to measure and track metrics
  • Extensive experience working with marketing tools such as CRMs, Campaign management platforms
