About the role

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure portfolio company is the market leaders in the managed offices business in the territory. Work closely with the Head of Sales to drive synergies and greater market share for our portfolio company.
  • End to end business development and transaction management, from identifying managed office leads to bagging the deals for the managed office business in the territory - Market intelligence is extremely important Ensure the most profitable deals and reputed logos are sought after and closed in the shortest possible turnaround time to achieve a clear competitive advantage in the market
  • Ensure that all deals are based on positive margin, assets have a long term impact on the growth of the business and we have a Day 2 plan at the exit of the client.
  • Managing key relationships with both end users and brokers and developing multiple channels
  • Creating and developing a long-term plan and strategy. Develop strong working relationships with the brokerage community externally and internally with pricing, finance, and marketing teams. End to end management of the sales process i.e. from business development to closure
  • Develop new marketing tools, presentation decks and proposal formats, along with the marketing teams.
  • Proficient in analytics for an in-depth understanding of cash flows and returns
  • Maximize revenue, profits and our member experience for this assigned business segment and work cross-functionally and with senior management to ensure efficient and effective execution of strategy and roadmap. The goal is to increase sales and profitability of the business to drive sustainable growth.

Education and Desired Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of relevant Real Estate experience
  • Complete understanding of the Managed Office deal process and thorough understanding of NCR commercial real estate market and adept at networking.
  • Commercial mindset and full comprehension of business and sales principles.
  • Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills are also key for this position.
  • Go getter, look for market opportunities and be able to drive execution through thoughtful strategy.
  • Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity is required
  • The candidate should understand market dynamics, pricing strategies and long term programs for the asset/client.
