Our mission is to be a smart copilot for creators, and we're looking for a hands-on Product Engineer who can blend product management and engineering to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through exceptional experiences for customers. Your Impact As a Product Engineer, you'll focus on building and optimizing the experience of vidIQ users in the first 30 minutes after signing up. You'll work on improving user journeys that drive activation, and retention. You'll own the complete growth cycle - from first touch to engaged creator. For example, you might: Design and implement a personalized onboarding flow that highlights different features based on creator size and goals Scope and test user education components that guide creators through their first key actions, dramatically improving time-to-value. Create and measure growth experiments across the user journey to systematically improve conversion at each step. You'll directly build and iterate on growth features using AI technologies, conduct user testing on onboarding flows, analyze conversion funnels, and rapidly ship improvements—turning more visitors into power users. You'll directly contribute to these core metrics: X% increase in free-to-paid conversions Y% increase in day 1 retention
