JOB SUMMARY We are seeking motivated and passionate Business Development Associates (BDA) to guide students in choosing the right skill-based courses. The BDA will engage with aspiring learners, understand their career goals, and assist them in enrolling in our wide range of technical, creative, and business-oriented programs. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understand &clearly explain the courses offered (Technical, Business & Creative programs). Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, professional networking channels. Counsel students based on their career aspirations and recommend the suitable courses. Maintain accurate and updated records of all student interactions and enrolments. Assist students through the complete enrolment process, ensuring a smooth experience. Collaborate closely with the Placement Team to support job opportunities for students. Participate in career counselling sessions, webinars, and workshops to engage learners. Gather and share feedback to continually enhance the learner experience.
