Job Overview
The Videography Executive leads end-to-end video content creation to elevate brand storytelling across channels. This role combines hands-on shooting and editing with creative development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality video assets on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-production
- Translate briefs into concepts, treatments, and storyboards aligned with brand objectives.
- Prepare gear lists; coordinate talent, props, and logistics.
- Production
- Operate cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones (if licensed), audio kits, and lighting to capture high-quality footage.
- Direct talent and stakeholders on set; conduct interviews and capture b‑roll.
- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and sound; maintain continuity and brand consistency.
- Post-production
- Edit videos for various formats using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut/ Photoshop ; color correct/grade and mix audio.
- Create motion graphics, captions, transitions, and simple VFX in After Effects/CapCut where needed.
- Version, localize, and QC deliverables; manage feedback cycles to final approval.
- Content and Channel Strategy
- Tailor outputs for web, social (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), ads, events, and internal communications.
- Maintain brand voice, visual identity, accessibility, and compliance across assets.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months - 1 year of professional videography and editing experience with a strong portfolio/showreel.
- Proficiency in:
- Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Motion graphics: Adobe After Effects (basic-to-intermediate)
- Camera, lighting, and audio operation (DSLR/cinema cams, 3‑point lighting,)
- Strong grasp of framing, composition, exposure, color theory, and storytelling.
- Experience creating short-form social content and vertical formats.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift, set up, and transport equipment; willingness to travel and work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field would work
Salary Range- upto 25K
