*Hiring: Lead Videographer & Video Editor (Founding Creator)*
The Mission: We are building Svindo, a fast-growing hyperlocal e-commerce platform. We are looking for a hungry, creative videographer to document our raw startup journey and create high-impact content for local Indian retailers.
*The Role & Output:*
Shoot and edit daily B-roll, street interviews, and vlog-style content.
You won't have to write scripts or hunt trends, But a creative input and trend inputs will be given extra weightage.
You just need to shoot and make it look incredible.
Requirements:
A killer portfolio proving you can hook an audience in the first 3 seconds. (No need for a previous job experience)
Bring your own laptop and preferred editing software.
A "jugaad" mindset to shoot in real wholesale markets and streets, not just studios.
Compensation & Upside:
Base Pay: Earn up to *₹60,000/month* based on clear view and engagement metrics. (Basic pay based on the interview)
