Videographer & Video Editor — Shashwat Hospitals Full-time · On-site · Rajkot, Gujarat | Branding & Digital Marketing Team
We're looking for a creative visual storyteller to join our expanding branding and digital marketing team. In this role, you won't just be capturing footage — you'll be translating real patient journeys, medical expertise, and human resilience into compelling content that educates, reassures, and inspires. Your work will be central to how thousands of patients and families come to trust Shashwat Hospitals.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute video shoots for patient stories, doctor features, treatment explainers, and hospital walkthroughs
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment to deliver broadcast-quality results
- Edit footage with motion graphics, subtitles, and music suited for Reels, YouTube, OTT platforms, and live events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign briefs to life with visual consistency and brand alignment
- Manage asset libraries and ensure smooth production workflows under tight deadlines
- Contribute fresh ideas for original content series covering cancer awareness, survivorship, and health literacy
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end video production — from pre-production through final delivery
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong grasp of lighting setups, color grading, and cinematic composition
- A storyteller at heart — able to approach sensitive subjects like illness and recovery with empathy and dignity
- Education in film, media, or a related field is a plus; a strong portfolio speaks louder
- Prior experience with healthcare or medical content is a bonus, not a barrier
