Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Videographer who can independently manage end-to-end video production, from shooting to final edits—primarily for interviews, podcasts, and branded content at client locations.
This role requires someone who is comfortable handling equipment, capturing high-quality audio/video, and delivering polished content aligned with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos (interviews, podcasts, business content) at client locations
- Set up and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment
- Ensure clear voice recording (mic setup, noise control, etc.)
- Edit videos as per brand guidelines (cuts, color, sound, basic motion/text)
- Deliver final outputs optimized for platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal/content teams for brief understanding
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience (freelance, internships, or full-time)
- Strong portfolio showcasing real work (interviews/podcasts preferred)
- Own camera and basic recording equipment (mandatory)
- Good understanding of framing, lighting, and audio capture
- Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Ability to work independently at client locations
Nice to Have:
- Experience with branded/content marketing videos
- Basic motion graphics or storytelling skills
- Experience working with founders/leadership content
Compensation & Details:
- Salary: Starting from ₹65,000/month
- Location: On-site shoots at client locations (flexible base)
- Type: Full-time
