We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Videographer / Video Editor to help us elevate our visual storytelling and social media presence.
Role Overview We are seeking a versatile visual storyteller who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for composition, experience operating professional mirrorless camera systems in varied environments, and the technical proficiency to cut engaging, fast-paced content tailored for modern digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities *
Production: Shoot high-quality video content across diverse environments, including low-light indoor venues for live events and dynamic outdoor locations.
- Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos. This includes color grading, audio mixing, and syncing visuals to music.
- Social Media Content: Script, shoot, and edit high-retention short-form content (specifically Instagram Reels) to drive engagement.
- Equipment Management: Setup, operate, and maintain professional camera gear, gimbals, audio equipment, and lighting setups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative lead to understand project requirements, deliver on briefs, and meet production deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills * Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (a strong portfolio is a must).
- High proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Hands-on experience with professional full-frame or mirrorless camera systems and an understanding of low-light cinematography.
- A strong grasp of current social media trends, pacing, and audio-visual syncing for short-form content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Previous experience shooting live music gigs, concerts, or wildlife/outdoor content is highly preferred.
