Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Videographer & Video Editor located in Gurugram. The role involves end-to-end production of IG Reels, YT Shorts, and long-form content, including planning, shooting, and editing videos. Responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting, capturing professional-grade footage, and producing engaging video content that aligns with the company’s branding objectives and marketing strategies. Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video projects will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production, including planning and executing quality video content
- Strong skills in Camera Operation and Shooting Video, ensuring high-quality visuals
- Experience with handling various Camera equipment
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or real estate-focused video production is a plus
- Production Management: Own the content calendar for shoots. Prepare detailed shot lists and storyboards to ensure efficient, high-volume execution.
- On-Site Filming: Lead all brand shoots, capturing high-quality video for IG Reels, YT Shorts, and long-form content with a focus on visual "hooks."
- Studio & Equipment Ownership: Responsible for the complete maintenance of the photo studio.
- Technical Mastery: Expert setup of 3-point lighting, gimbals, and microphone configurations for clean, professional audio and visuals.
