Not just a marketer looking to hire a camera guy. We need the camera guy who also runs marketing.
If you've only ever briefed a videographer, this role isn't for you. If you've only ever shot for other people's marketing plans, it might be exactly right.
What you'll own:
📸 Independent professional videography and photography, camera settings, lighting, framing, audio, no handholding
🎬 Solo editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, raw footage to publish-ready cuts, subtitles included
📈 End-to-end YouTube SEO, titles, tags, thumbnails, retention, full channel management
📱 LinkedIn content strategy, calendars, publishing, analytics-driven growth
The question:can you shoot it, edit it in Premiere, design the thumbnail, publish it with proper SEO, and read the analytics after, alone? If any one step needs a handoff to someone else, this role isn't for you.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years hands-on experience across content creation, videography, and digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field
- Portfolio required, showing both your growth numbers (YouTube/LinkedIn analytics) and footage that's unmistakably shot and edited by you
- Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi; travel to project sites required
